Guildhall Event Space

Our daughters wedding was held here and it was oustanding. The staff were amazing and helpful, the food from Propeller was the best food I’ve had at a wedding and the venue hall and courtyard was just right for a fun and happy wedding. It opens on last Sunday of month for a Sunday session which I attended. Food from Propeller is great and the jazz duo was very unobtrusive so you could talk. There only 5 tables outside so you have to go early. The only negative was they allow smoking (which can't be legal when it's within 1 metre of the bar surely).

We had our amazing wedding ceremony & reception at Guildhall on the 12th March 2022. Guildhall hosted a beautiful and wonderful evening that we will cherish and remember forever. We’re very happy with how the Guildhall staff performed professionally and were kind and accomodating. The food from Propeller was delicious and amazing. By all accounts, our guests had a wonderful evening; the venue, food and especially the staff played a large part in ensuring this!Thank you to the entire Guildhall Team for your efforts, not only on the day but also throughout the planning stage! We had our wedding at the Fremantle Guild hall on October 1st and all I can say is WOW!I have given them 5 stars only because I couldn’t select 6!It was the perfect day at the perfect place. Everything went better than we could have expected. Amelia was our contact for planning and she was amazing. Helped us to set up everything better than we had hoped for. All the staff were amazing and friendly and the service was exceptional. I wish we could live the day over again and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much for everything on our most special day. Truly a fantastic experience and we cannot recommend them highly enough, words cannot do it justice. Guildhall created the most amazing of days for our wedding - we could not have imagined anything more special. The setting itself is full of character and has such an intimate scale, great atmosphere and everyone was so comfortable. The planning and management from Amelia and team was just exceptional, all so seamless and well thought out. The food was just divine, our guests were blown away! Everything about the venue was perfection, could not recommend highly enough. Thank you :)

Dec 2022: excellent event space with indoor and outdoor space that’s suitable for all kinds of parties - particularly weddings! Love the bar area and the open to sky area that makes for a superb dance floor!

We cannot thank Amelia, Cecilia and the rest of the Guildhall team enough. They were the only venue that we looked at for our wedding, and we never looked back. Our guests raved about the food, and couldn't get enough of the cocktails! The wine selection was fantastic and they were so helpful in assisting us to organise our own favourites as well.The team are so organised and on top of everything, we felt we barely had to lift a finger in the run up to the date.The venue itself is absolutely stunning and such a memorable spot for our special day.Thank you again Guildhall!

Hi, I’m Naz! I am commenting as a professional in the wedding industry. I had an amazing experience shooting at Guildhall, which allowed us to captured some amazing photos and Guildhall just made the wedding reception remarkable.

Guildhall was the perfect space for our wedding. A beautiful balance of quiet candle lit pockets and a courtyard that’s turns into the ultimate dance floor. The space is just really lovely to be in - day and night.THE FOOD!! We went with Guildhall’s long table sit down feast option and it was just sublime. So many our guests told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Gorgeous wine options too (thanks Cecelia!).The whole Guildhall team were great. Amelia and Luca’s calm and attentive approach really kept us grounded amongst the whole wedding planning madness. It was really useful to be able to draw on their extensive wedding experience. We had our engagement at Guildhall Event Space. The place is boutique and beautiful and fits the brief perfectly.On the night, Cecilia co-ordinated the event extremely well. She and the bar staff were really helpful. They helped set up, attended to everyone's needs and stayed back to pack down. They really made our night. Kudos to the team!In terms of food, I was happy we went with our gut on how much people would eat instead of going with more food as was recommended by the venue. Even with our estimated amount on food, there were still several paella portions of leftover food. I would encourage future hosts which go with the venue to read the terms and conditions thoroughly and have a firm idea of how much food is required. You know your own guests best.Aside from that, the paella was very tasty and met all expectations!
